Image Nation: The Complete Course

Your life takes the shape of the image you hold of yourself. The book teaches the Law of Image. This course is where you put it to work, one chapter at a time, in your own words.

There's a lesson for every chapter of the new edition of Image Nation, plus your Personal Identity Blueprint at the end. Each lesson teaches the chapter's idea in full, so you can take the course with or without the book, and then takes you further with questions and exercises the book doesn't have room for. The course follows the book's five parts:

• Diagnosis. See the image you've been living from, the assumptions that formed it, and the script it runs.

• Interruption. Catch the thoughts that keep the old image running, and start each day by brewing Metaphorical TEA.

• Installation. Install a new image, claim it, let the Old Self go, live from it before the evidence arrives, and take command of your emotional state.

• Architecture. Build the standards, behavior, environment, and momentum that hold the new you.

• Expansion. Design your future on purpose, bring the new image to your money, and learn the cycle that lets you reinvent yourself for life.

Every lesson ends the same way: The Brew, a thought, an emotion, and an action to practice that day; Your Commitment, one decision in your own words; and The Evidence, one thing to write down so you can watch the change happen.

Everything you write is saved. In the final lesson, your commitments come back to you, compiled into your Personal Identity Blueprint, with a daily practice, a weekly review, and a 30-day plan to put it to work.
